Spring Lake, New Jersey, residents told their town leaders during a Tuesday hearing that they don’t want Verizon to install 5G towers along the town’s beachfront near their homes. Meanwhile, Verizon is
suing the town in a bid to force its towers to go up
The widespread use of wireless technology is rapidly increasing children’s exposure to radiofrequency (RF) radiation, a type of electromagnetic field (EMF).
Stop the mandate for electronic tagging of cattle crossing state lines and the first step to an all-encompassing electronic ID mandate from "birth to slaughter." Support SB4282.
Need individuals in each state to contact their federal Reps/Senators, and adjoining districts.

BILLS THAT NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION:
SUPPORT HR 8082 Will nullify the small cell order
OPPOSE HR 8230 NEPA exemptions in national forests - will nullify the small cell order
HR 1339 passed on suspension 4.26.23 Precision Agriculture Connectivity Act: Requires FCC to determine how it can use rule making to promote satellite use for precision agriculture [would require cows to swallow
sensors, like a cell phone, to be radiating permanently from their stomachs].
HR 1123 - passed on suspension 3.7.23
Understanding Cybersecurity of Mobile Networks Act - expressly excludes the most insecure mobile network - 5G.
HR 1353 - passed on suspension 4.25.23 Advanced Local Emergency Response Telecommunications Parity Act - requires FCC to make spectrum available to any underserved area.
HR 682 - passed on suspension by voice vote 7.25.23 Launch Communications Act: Make spectrum available for
commercial satellite launches.
HR 1752 - passed on suspension 3.11.24 E-Bridge Act: Allows Sec of Commerce to make broadband grants available.
HR 6492 - passed on suspension by voice vote 4.9.24 Expanding Public Lands Outdoor Recreation Experiences Act (EXPLORE
Act): Omnibus federal lands bill that incorporates HR 5919 (Connect Our Parks Act) and authorizes installation of broadband in National Parks on recreational areas; allows Dept of Interior to deputize industry consultants to approve and oversee wireless installations.
HR 4510 - passed on suspension 5.15.24 Subordinates the Pentagon to centralized authority of the
NTIA and FCC by requiring them and other federal users (e.g., FAA) to first submit comments to NTIA who will filter and summarize them for FCC. For DOD, creates security risks and risks connectivity interruptions for DOD operators (launch sites, etc). Incorporates HR 1123 which excludes 5G networks from a cybersecurity study on mobile networks, the most insecure of all predecessor networks (see Sec 405(d)(2)). Former FCC Commissioner Tom Wheeler has characterized 5G as
a "The CyberParadox" b/c 5G wireless is inherently insecure, so to exclude 5G makes this bill a potential waste of tax payer dollars.
HR 1513 - passed out of Energy & Commerce Committee 5.14.24, can be voted on any day now. Creates an FCC 6G task force to create plans for 6G deployments. Should be amended to include study of health and environmental impacts?

The Washington Post reported on dozens of “electrosensitive” people who moved to a remote West Virginia town with no cell service rather
than endure heart arrhythmia, headaches, eye problems, burning skin, brain fog, fatigue and other symptoms caused by exposure to electromagnetic fields.
11.26.24 The authors of a study
published this month in the British Journal of Ophthalmology called for a reduction in online learning for children because of its associated screen time and lack of outdoor activity, which they said contributes to myopia.
11.20.24 Martha Herbert, M.D., Ph.D, a pediatric neurologist,
neuroscientist and autism researcher since 1995, said autism research must take a whole-body approach if it’s ever going to accurately capture the disorder’s complexity. Herbert co-authored a study that seeks to do just that.
11.13.24 Autism isn’t just a neurological condition, according to the authors of a scientific report published Tuesday on
Preprints.org. Although genomic differences may make certain people more vulnerable, environmental factors play a huge role in leading to the development of autism spectrum disorder.

"A global endeavor that will kick-start a new era for the EMF-Disabled. There are millions of us now, and yet our
powerful messages to the world are being diluted by a multiplicity of terminologies... We are on the precipice, knocking loudly at the door. If we want that door to swing open, we must come together as one."
"From one name flows everything." Ruth Moss
